This is how Apple Inc. CEO, Tim Cook, summed up his Postojna Cave experience in Postojna Cave’s Golden Book of Visitors. Cook followed in the footsteps of the early Postojna Cave explorers as part of a tour called ‘In the Footsteps of Luka Čeč’, which included visits to Pivka Cave, Black Cave and Postojna Cave. 

He was interested in finding out more about the life of olms – Postojna Cave’s best known inhabitants – and the history of Europe’s largest tourist cave, which has been wowing visitors for more than 200 years. He was most fascinated by the one-of-a-kind beauty and tranquillity of Postojna Cave. He was welcomed at the Postojna Cave Park by Kaja Batagelj and Lana Batagelj, directors of Postojnska jama d.d.
