Key responsibilities:

• Guided and other tours through the cave systems and other sights of the Postojna Cave Park (EXPO Exhibition Pavilion, Vivarium, Mill)
• Receiving visitors and ensuring their well-being before, during and after the tour, ticket control
• Informing the visitors about all the sights and offerings by the company at the current and other locations, alongside the types and dates of activities
• Assisting in timely departures and arrivals
• Resolving the visitors’ special wishes and complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Completed secondary school
• Active knowledge of Slovenian and conversational knowledge of two out of the following foreign languages: Italian, German or English
• Having passed the exam for a cave guide
• Basic managerial and organizational skills
• Desire to work with people, communication skills, kindness, patience and emotional stability
• Politeness, being responsible and able to resolve conflict situations
