What we expect:

  • Completed at least 3 or 4 years of secondary education in hospitality and catering
  • At least one year of work experience in the same or similar position (4- and 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants)
  • Knowledge of initial preparation and making of traditional grilled and skewered dishes
  • Ability to operate classic, charcoal and barbecue grills
  • Diligence and sense of teamwork
  • Speed, accuracy and ability to organise work
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure if required
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and advance your career
