We have done everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of all our employees. However, health and a perfect experience our visitors are used to can only be guaranteed if all of us follow the best practice recommendations and COVID-19 preventative measures.

Hygiene rules

Please follow the hygiene rules to the letter. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, and use either your own hand sanitizer or the ones provided for visitors throughout the Park. Be considerate of other visitors and cough/sneeze into a handkerchief or the crook of your arm so as not to contaminate the hands.

The use of audio guides

To ensure your safety, audio guides are disinfected after each use.

Contactless payments

Whenever possible, use contactless payments and take advantage of the option to purchase tickets online. When you enter any of our attractions, the tickets – both digital and paper ones – will be checked in a digital, contactless way.

The use of face masks

The use of face masks is recommended in all indoor public spaces.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, cough and shortness of breath or have respiratory problems, we kindly ask you to delay your visit until you are healthy and feeling better.
